Ingredients
- Two ripe bananas (bananas should be very ripe with spots on the peels)
- Two frozen ripe bananas
- Three Frozen Strawberries
- One orange, peeled and cut into chunks
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/3 cup water

Steps
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Serve in two glasses. Store in refrigerator.
Frozen mango can be substituted or added to smoothie.
